{"id":16,"date":"2026-04-10T19:02:47","date_gmt":"2026-04-10T18:02:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tst-wp4.net-routing.com\/?page_id=16"},"modified":"2026-04-17T12:40:22","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T11:40:22","slug":"refund_returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tst-wp4.net-routing.com\/?page_id=16","title":{"rendered":"Refund and Returns Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For generic items purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and then return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for return, items must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in resaleable condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unopened where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following items are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personalised or bespoke items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>custom event items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bespoke balloon setups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>made-to-order items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hygiene-sensitive items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete or Faulty Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at <strong>hello@planaparty.ie<\/strong> with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where appropriate, we may offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a replacement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>another suitable resolution in line with your legal rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or until proof of return is provided, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Original delivery charges may not be refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, return postage costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns do not apply to event planning services in the same way as physical products.
